Can I pay by bank deposit?

Yes, our online system can accomodate bank deposit orders. Simply add your order to
your cart as usual and you'll be given the option of paying by bank deposit in the billing area.
Our bank account details will be displayed on the page.

Please note that your order won't be processed until we receive your payment so production of your order may start a few days after you've placed your order.

 

How many different messages can I have?

You can have up to 5 different messages with any quantity you decide on, or if you want to only have 1 message in all the cookies you can have that too! The price remains the same no matter what you choose. If you'd like to have your cookes separated according to their messages we can do this for an additional cost.

 

Do I have to pay 100% upfront?

For orders over 5000 cookies you can pay a 50% deposit and the remainder paid just before production. Simply order online by bank deposit, make a note in the special delivery instructions field in the shipping address form and make a 50% deposit to our bank account. Simple!

 

Our company requires an invoice first, can Fortune Favours provide one?

Use our online ordering system and select Faxed Invoice as the payment option. Please check your fax number carefully as you will have to submit your order again if the number is incorrect.

 

How much will postage cost?

Postage depends on the state you are in and also the quantity you order. We suggest you use our online shop to add the amount of cookies you require to your cart so you can work out your final costs. You're not obliged to confirm your order until the last step where you enter your credit card details so feel free to shop away and add things to your cart - you can always not order or delete them later.

 

How long will delivery take?

Delivery will take up to 28 business days to accomodate for production and delivery, however we highly reccommend you place your order with us more than 4 weeks before you require them if not longer. Please make sure when you're ordering to enter the date you require the cookies by. We will make every attempt to get your cookies to you on time, however we do reserve the right to refund your order if we feel the production time isn't long enough.

 

How long do your fortune cookies last?

Our fortune cookies have a shelf life of approximately 3 months.

 

Do you make giant fortune cookies?

No, we only make the standard size fortune cookies.

 

Can I put a logo/image on the packaging?

Absolutely! But we do have a few requirements in order to make your packaging look as good as it can. Please make sure your file is one colour only (preferably an eps or tif file) or make sure it's as large as possible so the quality will print well. The colours you can choose from are Black, Red, Grey & Dark Blue.

Can I put a message on the back of the fortune cookie message?

Yes we can do this for a extra charge.

 

Are you fortune cookies individually wrapped?

Yes, you can choose to have either white or clear packaging.

 

What flavour are your fortune cookies?

Our fortune cookies are the standard plain (vanilla) flavour.

 

What is the minimum amount of cookies I can order?

Our minimum order is 500 fortune cookies.
